Shipping
We currently ship only to the USA and
US Military addresses. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS priority mail.
We do not offer overnight shipping. You will be emailed a tracking number once your items have shipped. The
shipping rate is based on the weight of the items ordered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within one business day. Orders received before
10am Central Time are USUALLY processed and mailed the same
business day.
Out of Stock Items
Our goal is to have enough items on hand so there will never be an issue, but occasionally,
we do run out of stock on items. This may be due to the manufacturer not sending
us enough items or in the case of popular items, they just sell out very quickly
and we do not have anymore in stock, at that time. When an item is out of stock
it will say backorder in the item description. If you need more the current quantity
on hand. Please send an email to sales@everythingbutcake.com.
We will be happy to see if we can get the item in stock in time for your event.
